“Bx Radios” Terms of Service

Welcome to BX FM Radios. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BX FM Radios Android application (“App”, “BX FM Radios”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using BX FM Radios, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. About BX FM Radios
BX FM Radios is an internet radio application that allows users to discover and listen to online radio stations and access related features.
The App may provide:
- Live internet radio streaming
- Featured radio stations
- Radio station search and discovery
- Favorites
- Background audio playback
- Android media playback controls and notifications
- Sleep Timer
- Theme customization
- Sharing of radio station information
- Application notifications
- Other features and services that may be introduced or modified over time
BX FM Radios does not operate or control every radio station available through the App.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using BX FM Radios, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms.
- You agree to comply with these Terms.
- You will use the App only for lawful purposes.
- You will not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or its services.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the App and uninstall it from your device.
3. Eligibility
BX FM Radios is intended for a general audience.
You must use the App in accordance with the laws applicable to you and your location.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors who use the App.
4. Radio Streaming and Third-Party Content
BX FM Radios provides access to internet radio streams that may be operated by independent radio stations or third-party service providers.

- Advertisements
- Podcasts or programs
- Religious or spiritual programming
- Other audio content
BX FM Radios does not necessarily own, produce, control, or endorse the content broadcast by individual stations.
The availability, quality, language, programming, and content of a station are controlled by the respective station or streaming provider.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Radio stations and their respective owners may own copyrights, trademarks, logos, audio recordings, names, artwork, and other intellectual property associated with their services.
BX FM Radios does not claim ownership of third-party station content unless explicitly stated.
You agree not to:
- Copy or redistribute copyrighted content obtained through the App;
- Reproduce or commercially exploit third-party content without authorization;
- Remove copyright or ownership notices;
- Use station logos or trademarks in a way that implies unauthorized affiliation.
All BX FM Radios branding, application design, software, graphics, text, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
6. Radio Station Listings
BX FM Radios may obtain station information from third-party radio directories, APIs, station operators, or other publicly available sources.
Station information may include:
- Station name
- Logo
- Country
- Language
- Genre
- Description
- Streaming URL
- Website information
We attempt to maintain accurate information but do not guarantee that every listing is complete, accurate, current, or available.
A station may become unavailable because of:
- Server problems
- Stream URL changes
- Station closure
- Geographic restrictions
- Copyright or licensing restrictions
- Network problems
- Third-party service changes
7. Station Owner and Copyright Requests
If you are a radio station owner, copyright holder, trademark owner, or authorized representative and believe that information displayed through BX FM Radios should be corrected or removed, please contact us.

- Relevant supporting information

We will review legitimate requests and may correct, disable, or remove relevant listings or links where appropriate.
8. Internet Connection
BX FM Radios requires an internet connection for live radio streaming and certain online features.
You are responsible for:
- Your internet connection;
- Mobile data usage;
- Wi-Fi or broadband charges;
- Any charges imposed by your network provider.
Radio streaming may consume significant amounts of mobile data depending on stream quality and duration.
We recommend using Wi-Fi when appropriate.
9. Background Audio Playback
BX FM Radios may continue playing radio audio when the App is minimized or the device screen is locked.
The App may use Android’s foreground media playback service and display a media playback notification.
You can control or stop playback through the App or supported Android media controls.
Background playback may be affected by:
- Android system restrictions;
- Battery-saving settings;
- Network connectivity;
- Device manufacturers’ background-app policies;
- Streaming server availability;
- Other system-level conditions.
10. Sleep Timer
BX FM Radios provides a Sleep Timer feature that allows users to automatically stop radio playback after a selected period.
The Sleep Timer is provided as a convenience feature.
We do not guarantee that playback will stop at precisely the selected time under every device or system condition.
11. Favorites and Application Settings
BX FM Radios may allow users to save favorite stations and application preferences locally on their device.
These may include:
- Favorite stations
- Theme preferences
- Sleep Timer settings
- Other application preferences
Removing application data or uninstalling the App may remove locally stored information.
12. Notifications
BX FM Radios may use Android notifications for:
- Media playback controls;
- Application-related notifications;
- Service notifications;
- Other relevant communications.
On Android versions requiring notification permission, you may be asked to grant permission.
You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.
13. Firebase Services
BX FM Radios uses Google Firebase services, which may include:

These services help us:
- Understand general application usage;

17. App Availability
We aim to keep BX FM Radios available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

- Third-party service outages;
- Android system changes;

We do not guarantee that:
- Every radio station will always be available;
- Every stream will work continuously;
- Station information will always be accurate;
- Audio quality will always meet a particular standard;
- The App will operate without interruption;
- Third-party services will remain available;
- The App will be compatible with every device or Android version.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party radio stations, streaming providers, internet service providers, device manufacturers, operating systems, or other external services.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BX FM Radios and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App or third-party radio services.
This includes, where legally permitted:
- Loss of data;
- Service interruptions;
- Network charges;
- Loss resulting from third-party content;
- Loss resulting from unavailable radio streams;
- Device or software compatibility issues.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
23. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Using the App lawfully;
- Maintaining a compatible device;
- Maintaining an internet connection;
- Managing your device’s notification and media settings;
- Monitoring your mobile data usage;

Your continued use of BX FM Radios after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
25. Termination
You may stop using BX FM Radios at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may restrict or discontinue access to the App or particular features when reasonably necessary for:

- Maintenance;
- Legal compliance;
- Protection of our services;
- Prevention of abuse;
- Technical reasons;
- Discontinuation of the service.
26. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the use of BX FM Radios shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Mysuru, Karnataka, India.
